    Hi,

Some items have shipping costs per weight ($5 per lbs).
All Orders over $50 should have free shipping.

When I have a cart with $50 value I can choose the free shipping method, but when a item with weight is in the cart it adds $5 per lbs to the cart value, which it shouldn’t because of free shipping over $50.

    a) How can I manage to achieve this? Carts over $50 should always have free shipping, even when per weight shipping items are in the cart.

    b) When I have a cart with $50 or more value I can choose between 2 Shipping methods (Standard and Free). How can I configure the plugin, that Free Shipping is automaticly selected and the only shipping option?

Which versions of your plugins/addons should be installed to configure this?

    Best Regards,
    Ashlyn

  • Hi ashlyn7,

    I apologize for the delay.

Currently, this is not possible using our plugin to hide the rate if the order is above 50$ and you have an item with the cart.

As you have configured rules in the plugin settings in such a way that if there is an item with weight in the cart, the rates would always show up.

Free shipping is a Woocommerce feature, our shipping pro plugin provides customized rates based on the rules you have set up

You have to look for some workaround like that will hide the rate if the order value is 50$ and product belonging to some shipping class is in the cart.

Does your plugin override the free shipping class for specific products?

    thanks

This version of the plugin doesn’t deal with Woocommerce Free shipping. However, We can provide you with some work around in Plus version.
