Free shipping not working correctly

    We are using the latest version of WooCommerce (9.5.2) and are experiencing an issue with the assignment of free shipping. We have configured free shipping through WooCommerce (without additional plugins) for orders starting from €50.00 (using a comma as the decimal separator), but free shipping appears for lower order amounts in the cart. How is this possible? We are not using any additional settings, such as separate shipping classes.
    If I disable free shipping, everything works fine. I have already tried deleting and reconfiguring the free shipping option, but it had no effect. I recall there were issues before with using a comma as the decimal separator instead of a period. Could this be the issue again? If I use a decimal point when entering the amount for free shipping, everything works fine. This is strange because a comma is set as the decimal separator in the settings.

    It seems the issue might be related to the decimal separator. WooCommerce has had issues handling a comma as the decimal separator, particularly in configurations like free shipping thresholds.

    Here’s what could be happening: even though the decimal separator is correctly set to a comma, WooCommerce may be interpreting values with a comma incorrectly. This can cause the threshold (e.g., €50,00) to be misread, which results in free shipping being applied for lower amounts.
