Free shipping not working well

    Hello,

    I use the free version of the plugin. I have set a free price starting at 299€. When I add a product to the cart above this price there is no problem but if I add a product at 100€ and put 3 of them in the cart I have a problem. 2 delivery methods appear: Free delivery and the delivery method that would apply if free delivery didn’t exist.

    My free shipping settings :

    • Taxable : Yes
    • Title : Free shipping
    • Order Weight : above 0 or equal
    • Order subtotal : above 299 or equal + after tax included + after discount applied
    • Base Cost : 0
    • Weight Rate : 0

    Hello,

    As far as I can see, your free shipping rule works fine. Once the order subtotal reaches the 299 threshold, it shows a free shipping option.

    Unfortunately, I cannot see your other rules and other shipping methods.

    If you are not sure where the unexpected delivery option comes from, disable one shipping method at a time until you notice it disappears. Now you know the culprit. Turn on the WooCommerce Shipping Debug option to turn off the shipping cache during testing.
