Free Shipping option doesn’t display?

Hi there,
I am trying this out for the first time and unfortunately I do not see the text at all when I add in more than $50 worth of product to this page:

Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I have already checked for a plugin conflict but can confirm that that is not the case. Here a couple screenshots to show you what I’m talking about. Any helps is appreciated! Thanks, – David.
