• I have just purchased Woo Commerce conditional shipping & payments. It is not clear as to how to use this properly. When you get to the conditions portion do you put in conditions that you want to make perameters or things that need to be excluded are the perameters. It does not have enough wording to be clear and as I have tried both and both are not working, would like some guidance from anyone who has used this.

I need to restrict free shipping to certain products for purchases over a certain $ value. With free shipping in the settings shipping set up over metropolitan zones. Woo commerce is offering free shipping to products that are not ticked in the product card and have not met the $ value rule but are in the specified zone.

Will the conditional shipping & payments be able to handle the rules for certain products & values going to a free shipping zone at the same time as other products and values are going to those zones and need to be charged for shipping.

    Help please

Just to be clear, my zones are set up with 2 or 3 shipping methods, one being a plug in for the freight company, one is free shipping and where possible we have local pick up.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Well since this is the link Woo Commerce gave me I naturally asked my question here.

If you look at https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/ there’s a “Get Support” link that goes to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Choose the “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.” option, then “Need something else? Contact us!”
