    Hi!

Since a while, the plugin is playing some tricks on me.
The free shipping rule is not working properly.
Sometimes it’s working, but most of the times it isn’t, which is strange because in the beginning it was working perfectly. But after one update it just didn’t anymore.
With all products which cost €50 or more there should be free shipping.
Other than this I’m completely happy with the plugin so thanks for that!!:)
Any idea whats going on here?

    Cheers!

    Hi Ruby,

I don’t see how recent updates could make the plugin unstable. There might be other changes in your system, like plugin updates, causing the issue.

In order to solve an issue we have to know a way to reproduce it. Let me know if you found one.

    Hi Dan,

    Thank you for your response!
Uhm I have no idea, we didn’t change a thing.
Would it help if i gave you temporary login details?

    Cheers!

No, it won’t, since I don’t know how to reproduce the issue. Let me know if you find steps to see the issue in action.

    HI Dan!

Apologies for the late reply, i got surgery on my wrist so wasnt able to type!
I think I figured out what is going wrong: The rules are set to: everything equal to a price of €50,- or higher needs to be free shipping. But in the front end, the calculator only gives free shipping if prices are higher than €60,- (which has been an original setting way way back, and we changed it to €50,- later on). So it looks like the setting of €50,- is not being saved or something?

Any ideas? If you want to reproduce it, just go to hondenenkattenzooi.nl and add products to the cart and act as if you live in the Netherlands with zipcode 1625 for example. Product free shipping starts at €60,- instead of €50,- (which is how it is in the rules in the back end).

Let me know if you need anything else!

    Cheers!

    Hi Ruby,

Not a problem. Hopefully, now your wrist is well.

The issue might be related to taxes. You store is set to show subtotal with taxes included. So, when you have €60 subtotal, it’s actually less than €50 plus taxes. By default WBS shipping rules use the subtotal without taxes to match against the Order Subtotal condition. There is the ‘after tax included’ option to switch that behavior.

Thank you so much for your patience and help!
