If you happen to use the comma as the decimal separator, please remove the free shipping option and add it again, but please make sure to add the free shipping value for example as 70?(not 70,00), save it, and confirm if it is working.

If the issue persists, could you please provide screenshots showing the shipping zone and free shipping method settings on your end?

We need screenshots of:

• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone → Click on Edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots; based on the last one in that list – it does seem to contain a comma though: Are you seeing the same issue when using €175 instead of €175,00.

I have save it now with 175 free shipping without the comma and its automaticly saves it as 175,00 and now it works. I have also changes the products prices with comma ,00. Is that always needed?

It’s not always necessary to include the comma and the two zeros after the decimal point, however, as my colleagues have stated, there is an active bug that we’re investigating, and it is the probable issue affecting your store.
