I have a free shipping based on minimum order amount.
    It is not working.

Currently set up to be available when someone buy for 5,000.00. The free shipping is always available when someone has less than 5,000.00.

    How can I fix this.

    Hi there @attitudesanu,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the free shipping method not functioning as expected, with users being able to select free shipping on orders below the minimum amount required.

Looking at the shared screenshot, it seems all the settings are set correctly. Just so that I can have a better understanding of this issue, could you confirm if this was previously working correctly?

Are you able to try switching to a different theme and see if the issue persists? If it does, please try running a conflict test as described in this detailed guide. Be sure to have a site backup before proceeding with the mentioned steps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi!!!!

Same problem here. I try with “Hello Elementor” and with Twenty Twenty-Four.

Although we have free shipping from €100, it shows free shipping on all products.

    Twenty Twenty-Four:

    Hello Elementor:

    Free Shipping Config:

I think it’s a problem with one of the latest updates : (

    Hello,

I disabled plugins and used the storefront theme and still have the issues.
I am 90% sure that it was working previously (I didnt touch this woocommerce part for a bit so I go by memory)

    HI!!

@attitudesanu Downgrade Woocommerce and Change 100,00 with 100 (without decimals) worked for me…
I think it’s a problem with latest versions of Woocommerce. If you put 100 in latest version, Woocommrece convert it to 100,00 and free shipping not working anyomore ??

    Hey, @attitudesanu!

Thanks for trying the conflict test.

We are currently working on an issue regarding the use of commas and dots on the shipping, which might be what is happening here.

Can you please delete the free shipping and add it again, but make sure you don’t use dots or commas on the prices, use only numbers. Then, save it and check if the issue persists.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Have a wonderful day!

    HI! NEW EASY SOLUTION.

    Instead of 5,000.00 , put 4,999.99

It works for me with 99,99 instead of 100 with latest version ??

    Hi,
When I enter 5000 without punctuation and save, WooCommerce updates it to 5,000.00.

When I enter 4,999.99 and save, the issue still persists.

I guess I will wait for a WooCommerce update.

OMG, the solution is not valid in all scenarios… if we change the quantity in the cart, the free/non-free shipping also changes: https://youtu.be/D7MigUlrFN0

I think the error is related to the data type of that field or something similar ??

    Hey, @attitudesanu!

When I enter 5000 without punctuation and save, WooCommerce updates it to 5,000.00.

This is expected behavior, the system does that. But does it work if you put 5000 without the punctuation or does it still have the issue?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello attitudesanu

    Thank you for your reply.

The WooCommerce has released version 9.0.1.
Could you please update your site and check if the issue persists?

I am here for your assistance. ??

    Best regards.

    (@acsnaterse)

Not sure this is related, but there still is an issue (also in 9.0.1) when you have comma’s in your amount (EU number notation), for example “40,00” (instead of “40.00”).
