Free shipping with minimum order amount not working

    I have a free shipping based on minimum order amount.
    It is not working.

    Currently set up to be available when someone buy for 5,000.00. The free shipping is always available when someone has less than 5,000.00.

    How can I fix this.

    I encountered the same issue when resetting the free shipping settings for a new membership. It was quite alarming as I received numerous orders with free shipping, even though they didn’t meet the preset limit, following a promotion by a YouTuber. Fortunately, I came across this forum in time and was able to minimize the loss.

    However, it appears that this problem has not yet been resolved, despite being reported several months ago. I hope the team can look into it soon to prevent similar situations for other users.

    Please include a copy of your System Status Report, and provide steps for how to recreate the issue. Of particular interest here would be the currency used on your site, and the specific numbers and notation you used for specifying your free shipping. Screenshots are also most welcome.

    Seem to be having the same issue with minimum order amount not working.

    The minimum amount I have set is R2400.00, but WC changes it to R2,400.00 and then it doesn’t work. If I make it R999.00 or less it works.
