    Hi,
Free shipping with minimum order amount stopped working. Maybe this was after the last update, but I’m not sure. Users started to have Free shipping option available on orders of lower amounts than the minimum.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey, @paulabender!

Can you please deactivate free shipping on all but one zone and check if the issue persists? This will confirm if the issue is happening because of a conflict on the shipping settings.

If this is what is really happening, I suggest reactivating the free shipping on other zones one by one and testing until you find which one is conflicting. When you do, please let us know and share screenshots of how both zones are set up so we can take a look and help you solve this.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hey, @paulabender!

That’s unusual. But rest assured we are committed to finding out what is going on!

Let’s try to start fresh here so we can make sure we did not miss anything.

I see your staging site https://carlabjoyas.com.ar/test/ is already on the storefront theme, right?

It already has only WooCommerce active, right? If it does not, please deactivate everything but Woo again.

Please remove all shipping methods including CABA. Then add the free shipping to CABA again, from scratch. You can also add one other method (like pick up) so we can compare.

Please share screenshots of how the new shipping is set up step by step, both free shipping and pick up.

Do you have any custom code on the site? If you do, please let us know and remove it.

Then, please share the SSR to the staging site again so we can also take a look at how it is now.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hey, @paulabender!

While working on another thread, I noticed something that might help you.

I checked your screenshot and noticed you added 80,000, with a comma. Can you please change to 80.000, with a dot and see if the issue persists?

If it doesn’t, please follow the steps I mentioned above.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hey @carolm29!

It seems that finaly the light arrived. It worked!

WC was set to use commas for thousands and dots for decimals. I changed that to use them in reverse. Then in shipping settings, the minimum amounts for free shipping appeared without zeros (80) I added the 3 zeros without a separator (80000), and after saving WC added the dot automatically. And that was all, it started to work again. WEIRD!

    Thank you so much!

    Hi @attitudesanu,

I can see you already have an open thread here. I recommend keeping all the communication on this thread, as this one has already been marked as solved.

    Thanks!

Got the same problem, resolved by changing commas as decimal point in free shipping amounts: Use 100 or 100.00 not 100,00

Had it recently as well. I removed the “free shipping” method completely from all the zones. and then added them back one by one. Testing with debug mode on. I did not use decimals for the threshold. That worked for me.

    Hey @attitudesanu , @estudifgh , @topps ,

I’d just like to clarify that this is a known bug, and our developers are looking into it:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/46875

In the meantime, the workaround is to save the free shipping without any thousands or decimal point or comma.

I’d suggest?subscribing to the GitHub thread?to be looped in on any updates as they are made. ??

    Hope this helps!
