Free shipping with minimum order quantity and coupon

    Hi.
    In my store the shipping is free from € 18. If I make a purchase of € 18 and apply a discount coupon (for example € 2), the value of the purchase would be € 16, and then the system does not apply free shipping. I need the system to continue applying free shipping because the original value of the purchase, without the coupon, is € 18. Is this possible?
