    We rarely provide support on this forum. The exception is after a major release, we keep an eye on this forum to spot any problems caused by the release.

    The primary purpose of this forum is for people in the WordPress community who are having trouble with WP?Offload S3?Lite to help each other. Response time can range from a few days to a few weeks and will likely be from a non-developer. We jump in now and then when the description sounds suspiciously like a bug. Most issues are caused by plugin conflicts and specific server configurations. We will not be digging into those here.

    If you want a timely response via email from a developer who works on this plugin, upgrade?to?WP?Offload S3 and send us an email.

    If you’re certain you’ve found a bug, please submit a bug report on our Github repo with clear steps to reproduce the bug.
