Free Support Expectations and Response Times

The official ACF support forum can be found at support.advancedcustomfields.com.
We recommend posting in the official support forum as it is much more active than the forum here on www.ads-software.com and has a solid community of users that frequently help each other out.
However, we rarely provide support in either forum. The exception is after a major release, when we keep an eye on both forums to spot any problems caused by the release.
The primary purpose of both forums is for people in the WordPress community who are having trouble with Advanced Custom Fields to help each other. Response times can range from a few days to a few weeks and will likely be from a non-developer. We jump in now and then when the description sounds suspiciously like a bug. Most issues are caused by plugin conflicts and specific server configurations. We will not be digging into those here.
If you want a timely response via email from a developer who works on this plugin, upgrade to Advanced Custom Fields PRO and send us an email.
If you’re certain you’ve found a bug, please submit a bug report on our Github repo with clear steps to reproduce the bug.
