free theme with flash header

Hi

I’m absolutely new to wordpress. I just made a personal site with wordpress.

I was wondering if there is a free wordpress theme available with flash header?

I searched on google but got overwhelmed with search results. Couldn’t find a free theme with flash header. Is it easy for a non programmer to convert the static jpeg header to flash?
