Free Trial Didn’t Work

Hello, I tried the free trial and haven’t upgraded as yet. I didn’t think I should upgrade if that doesn’t work either. It was a while ago I tried, as I’ve been away from the site for a few months and now fixing all the issues. Is it possible to try a new trial and I will be able to tell you exactly what happened. I did upload the Zip file and completed all the necessarily directions. From memory, I couldn’t change to more than one password for various pages. I’m using the Ashe Theme but with Boldgrid Post and Page builder, as well as WooCommerce. But still didn’t work for me. Thank you for your help.
