Free trial of Zakeke not working

    hello,

    I tried free trial of zakeke in my store but its not working as per video shown. Its takes me zakeke from admin only , cant showing it through front end. And other options like text ,color , art work are not available . Please ensure how the free trial will work for a demo. So that we can show it to client for purchase. My site URL is

    Hi. I had this problem when I first got zakeke.

    Although support can assist in my case I needed to see the files in the backend after using the front end…..this was not possible at the time.

    I have a test site at https://www.mistatee.co.uk you are welcome to test….it’s not flash or well designed it’s not active other than it works for me to test.

    I can send you the files that are created when you design and purchase a mug for example.

    The site does not charge you as I only have cash on collection set up for now. But it helped me get my head round what the customer sees and the files I have to work with to produce what they have designed.
