    Hi @aledelpupland,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

In order to manage the GA cookies with the plugin, please follow the instruction here to add the script. You should not add the script directly in the theme header file directly if you want to manage them using our plugin.

As for the scripts, we checked in the page source and it seems like there is a typo in the script added. Kindly remove it and directly copy it from the GA dashboard as instructed in the article shared.

thanks for your clear reply. in the same website I’m also using a plugin to display Instagram feed. isn’t it creating any cookie request? Because in the website scan there is any.
    thanks again

    Hi @aledelpupland,

Please open that page in the Google Chrome browser(in a private/incognito window) and open the developer console > Applications tab > Cookies section. If the script sets any cookies it will appear there.

The scanner won’t detect the cookies if it appears only when logged in or after any interaction.
