It should work in flatsome, we also have it on our Dev environment, Sharing screenshot can be done with services like Google drive, Dropbox, and any image sharing website..

I am using flatsome theme.

Use the provider name to be in English – the display name can be non english, This should solve the issue.

I already change the provider name to be English but still can’t show the image and the track button can’t link to the provider tricking page.

Hi, I would set a fresh Custom Provider, try all in English, including the image name and check it, then, change the display name and add tracking info to order with the new custom provider.

Now can get in the tracking page and show the name but still no image
