Free version does not create chart

Thank you for taking the time to leave a Review for our Plugin.
1. Regarding the specific Simple Table type limitations, including being unable to create Charts from that table type, we made a Note about this ( amongst other limitations) on the Documentation Page about Simple Tables here.

Thank you for this feedback though; we will do our best to improve our Documentation by trying to point out all these relevant details as clearly as possible. ??

We just wish to add, in regards to creating Charts in general, Charts can be created in our Lite Version from any other Table type, they are just not available for Simple Tables.

In the Premium version, we just have some exclusive Chart types which are not available in the Lite Plugin version, of course.
You can view the full comparison of “Lite versus Premium” features in the Plugin’s Dashboard, if you wish, or you can also always open a Pre-Purchase Ticket on our main Support platform here for any questions about that.


2. When it comes to having to purchase the Premium licence to try out any premium options and see if they work,
we have our Demo Sandbox Site, which can be used to test out the full/premium Features of the Plugin before purchase.

Our Support is also always available; it just depends on the type of subject. For example, if you have any questions about the Lite Plugin, you can open a Post on this Forum;
but for any details about the Premium Features/options/licence,
you can open a ticket on our?main Support platform here,?and one of our Agents will respond there as quickly as possible.
