Hello!
I’m sorry that you feel the plugin is useless. Unfortunately to keep updating and maintaining the plugin it can’t offer everything for free. So it was decided to follow a similar path to other form builders like wpforms and give a fully unlocked form designer and offer the entries screen and other features in the paid version.
This is well specified in the plugin description and is intended for users who are ok without saving the entries in the database or just want to try the free version first. If you needed that feature in the free version unfortunately this plugin wasn’t designed for you, I apologize and encourage you to read the plugin description next time to be aware of its restrictions in advance.
Having said that, I understand that not having an entries screen is a big downside. The plugin already has A LOT of features in the free version and keeps adding more features in it (this week we added a new conditional logic to make fields dynamically required for example) but cannot offer the entries screen in the free version yet as that is one big reason to get the paid version. I know this might sound greedy but please have in mind that the plugin (and probably every freemium plugin) needs paid users to survive. But once the plugin has more add-ons and attracts paid users in more ways it might be possible to include an entries screen as well.
Regarding “The customization is minimal and buggy”, I have checked most of the other form builders and I would say (I might be wrong though) that this plugin has far more customizations than most of them. Again, I could be wrong so if you could point me to what is missing please let me know, I am always looking for ways to improve the plugin. Also, I haven’t heard any complaints about the customizations being buggy but if you could point me to any bug I would appreciate it.
Regards!
