Free Version doesnt work

  • Installed the free version, added the API, followed instructions, but the instructions do not apply to the free version and none of the set up features are available. Even with the limited set up boxes ticked and API added, there is no Shipping Method available in the Shipping zones and certainly nothing in the front end. I’m sure the paid version works but the free version does not.

    We are sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with our plugin. It seems like you’re experiencing configuration issues. Please note that our plugin works independently of the Woocommerce shipping zone. All shipping services will be listed in the Rates and Services tab of our plugin. Once you’ve added the API key, please go to Rates and Services, then select the required services.

    In addition, please ensure that the products available on your site have weight and dimensions, as the Auspost API requires this information to provide shipping rates.
