Free version for WooCommerce is completely useless

Thank you for sharing your feedback, but it seems there must be some confusion. WPCode works without any restrictions for WooCommerce users, and we have tens of thousands of users using it. We have one of the most full-featured options in our free version compared to any other competitor.

The only thing that we’re charging for is the convenience of specific conditional logic triggers for WooCommerce via an easy UI.

But you can always use the exact conditional logic code in the snippet area yourself, and it will work just fine. And a lot of advanced users do that.
