Free version is a loser

  • Limiting access to fields like phone and address on the free version pretty much makes it worthless for any serious form building. While I don’t mind spending money on significant pro upgrades, being forced to do that just to get minimal functionality is not ok. You are better than this.

    I’m sorry that our free version doesn’t seem to be a good fit for your project.

    Our team has worked hard to ensure that our free version includes all of the features needed to create basic contact forms (and even quite a few extras), but it’s definitely true that our paid licenses provide access to more advanced field types.

    For example, many of our paid license holders do like to use the Phone field because it provides a set format for US phone numbers. However in our free version, our users who want to collect this data generally opt to use a Single Line Text field, or even a Numbers field in some cases.
