free version is great but not pro

The free plugin is great but I had a problem changing the read more button to my own language, I ask them: if I buy the pro version can I make the change and they answer yes, so I bought it, I write more than 5 times by different ways because I still have the same problem and wait for a weak, NEVER got an answer, at last i solve the problem by myself with the plugin but guess what.. I didn′t need it to buy it.. I was already ok with the free version, I even do′t care to buy it but I expected more from the support, also so they don′t usually answer the questions from other buyers. That is not very pro from a Pro Version. I felt I was cheated, they should tell me the truth and at least help me to solve the problem..thumbs down really
