    First the positive;
    The plugin is easy in use and has many expansion options.

    Then the negative;
    The options in the free version are very limited.
    The most basic options are there, but you’ll have to pay for anything else, even for a confirmation email.
    Also, the captcha integration fails.
    It’s great that Cloudflares is supported, but the API is called the wrong way, resulting in an error and non-working form.
    Turning off the captcha functionality and using a third party plugin works though.
    Simple Cloudflare Turnstile?did the job for me

  • Hi @arno-kools,

    Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We appreciate it.

    In regards to the negative points that you shared, I can help to provide some more details to clarify this.

    Notification emails are available in all versions of WPForms, including the free version as well. Though it is limited to how many receipts can get it, it is still there in the free version as well. You can find out how you can set it up here.

    Additionally, about the reCAPTCHA issue you mentioned, we do have a guide on how you can fix them here.

    Lastly, if you still have any questions regarding the plugin usage, please feel free to post them on the WPForms Lite Support Forum.

    I hope it helps!
    Regards!
