• The free version doesn’t even let you send a confirmation email to the sender, which in my view is a really essential feature. Reverting to good old Contact Form 7.

    Hi @webrightnow,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.?

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

In order to authenticate the emails sent through your website, the best solution is to use an SMTP plugin (that’s why we recommend it). That way, you’ll ensure all your emails are being sent successfully.

We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply, but email deliverability isn’t my issue. I was simply referring to the fact that your free plugin only seems to allow one notification email to be sent out. So if I want to send two different notifications, one to the site admin and one to the form submitter, I have to pay for the premium version. Do correct me if I’m wrong.

    Hi @webrightmow,

Thank you for sharing more clear feedback.

You’re right. WPForms Lite doesn’t have the feature to create multiple notifications. While it’s not available to create multiple notifications in the Lite version, you can send the same notification to multiple recipients. In the Send To section of the notification settings, you can add multiple recipient email addresses by separating them with a comma.

    I hope it helps.

    Regards!
