Free Version Issue

    Just installed the plugin. I clicked on the “settings” link in the list of plugins and I am getting this message – “I installed the free version and i go to settings in the plugin dashboard of the wordpress admin, and it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” – Please advise

    It sounds as if the installation failed for some reason. Can you provide some information on your environment?

    What version of WordPress and PHP are you running?
    What additional plugins do you have installed?
    Do you have any plugins that might try to do strange things with permissions or plugin installations? Example maybe some non-traditional security plugins?

    In the meantime, tO get to the settings page you can try going to TICKETS->TOOLS->CLEAN UP and then click on the re-run 3.3.4 to 4.0.0 conversion button. This will reset some permissions. But chances are if the settings were set correctly on activation then you’ll likely run into other issues as well.
