    Hi,

I have installed this plugin and when I add a new form, it appears in the database, and the shortcode works. However on the admin page, it says “No forms found” and the Gutenburg block says “No forms on this site”. I tried manually deleting out the forms from the relevant MySQL tables to no avail. Same problem.

    Plugin version is 4.11

    Hi, @katrienmoore

It would be helpful to test to see if anything on your site is interfering with Formidable and causing the issue.

Could you please go through the following troubleshooting steps?

If the issue doesn’t show up under these circumstances, you can add each item back in, one at a time, and test after adding each one until you find the culprit.

    Hi,

I have tried all the above steps and it is still not working.

    Hi @katrienmoore

I’m afraid I’m unable to reproduce your issue on my dev site. We haven’t received any similar reports from other users either. It sounds like there is something unique to your site causing this.

Could you try reinstalling the plugin on your site?

If you’re still having trouble, either check your PHP error logs,?turn on WP_DEBUG mode, or contact your web host for more information.
