Free version not providing any lookups

    For some reason, I just downloaded and activated the plugin on a low traffic website on a single page. I am seeing this – Each free version of this plugin is limited to 300 lookups per day and you have only 0 lookups available for today

    Is there a reason I have 0 lookups available even though I haven’t used the plugin before? Thanks!

    Any help with this? Every day I immediately see this error – I can’t buy this plugin if I’m not sure it will work. Thanks.

    This only can happen if you reach lookup limit or your IP or domain are banned for the some reason. In normal cases this not happen.
