free version of Elementor – facebook video embed

  • Hello,

    I am using the latest version of elementor theme builder (free version) and also Neve theme.

    I am trying to embed a facebook video on a page using the theme builder. Facebook configures a html code from the video url that can be used to embed. However, when I use the HTML widget, i get a 403 error.

    Why doesn’t it work?? How can I embed this video without the error?

    I would like to share with you that 403 errors are mostly related to security plugins or firewalls installed on the hosting server.

    If by any chance you are using WordFence plugin, there is a Learning mode, located under Firewall options. Please enable Learning mode and then click the Publish/Update button for the problem page. WordFence will learn that this action is okay and that it shouldn’t block it. After that, you can deactivate the Learning mode.

    If the above does not help, ask your hosting company to check if there is any firewall causing the issue as mentioned in the following guide:
