    Support stop answering without any reason.
    “Business” Tools don’t work well..
    You won’t get your money back..
    Support (same guy as already wrote with you) say you don’t had any tickets.. but you can show him the old ticket – also he stop to answer you..

    PLEASE DON’T SUPPORT THIS!!

    Please provide proof. What do we lie to you and do not provide support?

    1. Did you contact our support team?
    2. Did you ask for a refund?
    3. Have you checked the spam folder before drawing conclusions that we are not responding to you?

    We respond to all tickets in support!

    We do not work on Saturday and Sunday. This is indicated on our support page. However, I still answered your tickets on the same day, you may have problems with the mail server.

    Maybe you have a Problem with mail Server.
    Also i DON’T want your help anymore i just want my money back!
    I took other Tools with much more speed now than yours..

    Also my Customer on my other Project don’t want to pay this plugin cause it break his Homepage.. so give my money back!

    This user was a scammer. We have several forums and channels for communication. If you can’t get a response from us, there may have been some communication problems. You could contact us via the forum.webcraftic.com or the www.ads-software.com forum.

    This user knew perfectly well that we were not working on weekends, but still wrote negative reviews to manipulate us and avoid our refund policy.

    We made a refund to this user, but we recommend all plugin authors to be careful. This user wants to get your premium version for free and still leave negative reviews to your plugin.

    He seems to be doing this on purpose, because he needs to get the money back at any cost. I checked my mail, but did not find the answer from he.

    On a final note, @webcraftic, please don’t take this personally. A review is meant to be feedback on your plugin, honest. Only very very rarely do we see ill-intentions from reviewers who are intentionally trying to hurt your rating, and your ratings are just feedback threads. They’re not technically yours, they belong to the user and can be changed at any time – that’s a feature of www.ads-software.com reviews. That’s why you shouldn’t include reviews as part of your business model because they’re out of your control.
