Free version OK, Premium SUCKS

Do not waste your money in purchasing the premium version, stay in the free
When i try the free version i was really amazed, so decided to go for the premium and then the nightmare begins, i wasnt able to crate an invoice from a customer already existing (simply the system didnt showed him on the list), couldn’t make the incoming mail system work, and after request support the told me a i need to clean the ERP data base and start all over again, which i did, but surprise surprise it deleted everything i have created on my web page (including my user), fortunately i did have a backup and i was able to restore it.
But the real issue was the support answers, they seems to blame the user for everything, it take fore ever to receive and answer and when i asked for a refund they told me to rise a ticket which i did three times and no answer have been received.
