Free version should be called DEMO version

You cannot change the field label on free version, so you are not offering a free version, you are offering a demo version for users to check that the plugin works on their site but not use unless they purchase.
It is not a useful plugin if the label is locked to “Unlabelled Fees by WPSuperiors.com (optional)” and changing this label requires purchase.
