Hi, I have installed the free version on a Divi website that I am developing expecting I could add a premium purchase code to upgrade to premium. The client needed to be convinced of its mobile response features before going premium which would also pick up the sticky menu feature. I have purchased the licence from Envato Codecanyon as I have done many times – but there is nowhere to apply the Purchase code in the free version to upgrade.
The support has now been dropped from the licence purchase which has become a major frustration and after trying to locate some support for this plugin I have ended up here.
I have used Groovy premium licences on many sites and very happy with this plugin – not so now support has been dropped from licence purchase – any help would be appreciated.
Even happy to pay for support , but when logged into https://grooni.ticksy.com/ using my Envato login , I can see all previous support tickets. However when I try to log another against the recent purchase, it pops up with “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired.You will need to extend extend support or purchase a new licence ” when I click Okay – nothing.
