free version worked, paid broke wp-admin

  • I tested the free version which worked well, so I bought Ultra for $20. Developer didn’t send me the plugin for 2 days (2 days of emailing, tweeting and posting on his site). I uploaded Ultra to my site, activated it, and wp-admin was then dead. Deleted the files via FTP, wp-admin worked again. This fail is 100% repeatable.

    That’s not the worst part. The developer REFUSES to give a refund, says he has a no refund policy. He’s not answering my emails now either. So much for his “premium support of you buy Ultra”. Stay very far away from this guy.

    I’m off to Paypal to protest the charges, wish me luck.
