• Free version works great but is very limited. You can’t control the pages on which the icons appear unless you buy the Pro version. Not many people want the PDF print icons on their home page, nor on their picture galleries.

When I purchased the pro version, the “add-on” plugin would NOT install. I kept getting error messages about my server didn’t support zip files. I tried manually installing the plug-in upgrade, and it just failed with no error message. I also deactivated the free version and tried to install the pro version (this was recommended in their documentation help). That didn’t work either. Who needs the aggravation, switch to a different plugin.

There are other FREE plugins which provide a superior experience, and install without a hitch.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    1) Yes, if your hosting doesn’t support zip files, you can see the message about an inability to install the plugin automatically. In such case it is necessary to install the plugin manually in accordance to our instruction. Usually there are no problems with manually installing, and even if there are, we’re trying to help solve them.

    2) The functionality presented in the free plugin version is quite sufficient for the most part of our users. If somebody needs more, he/she can purchase the Pro version where additional options are available. The basic principle that we follow when creating our plugins is ease of use of our products, and if we add all functionality which all our users would like to have – this will lead to the fact that our products no longer convenient to use due to the large number of settings. However, you can make an offer on the plugin development and refinement. We will consider it, and if we deem it necessary, we will make the changes to the plugin in future updates.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
