Free version works well

  • Works well, there are a few things that could be implimented to work better. Like allowing the Seller to accept/proceed with the Users order. Many of our customers are not tech savvy to follow through with the order so they call/email to complete the order.

    I’m very great to use this plugin for free Thank You team.

    Thanks for your wonderfull feedback.

    We appreciate your suggestion. I would like to clarify that the abandoned orders are not actual orders in WooCommerce. We simply capture the data and add it to the list if the user leavees the checkout nad doesn’t complete the payment process. It’s not possible for seller to proceed with the order on the behalf of the user as the payment must be processed by the user itself to complete the order using the recovery link.

    As You already know this is a free plugin and it provides you awesome features to recover abandoned orders, we really appreciate it if you re-consider your ratings and provide 5-star ratings, you can always share suggestions with us to make the plugin better.
