Free plugin version works with SEPA and Cards by Stripe?

  • Hi,

    I installed and configurated the plugin but the subscriptions aren’t working well. Only the first payment of the subscription was done OK, the rest of the daily payments as part of the subscription are not being paid in my Stripe account.

    I have read that the plugin in the free version only works with Paypal. Is correct?

    I have configurated the plugin and I expected works well but it is not working as I expect. So it is very frustrating…

    Could you give some piece of advice? Thanks

    I’m sorry to read that, but the plugin works only with PayPal.
    By the way, if you need further support please open a topic in the support forum because here could be misleading for other users.

    Surely if you responded to the concerns posted here than that would avoid anything being “misleading”? And surely web usability 101 you go to where your users are, not expect them to do exactly what you want, in this case require them to register on yet another website?
