Free versions errors

It looks good on paper but didn’t work on an iPad or iPhone and no response when I asked for support. Also the offline messages weren’t working or going to any email address we inputted. The chat itself appeared to work but obviously fundamental flaw if you aren’t receiving messages when offline. We took it down and we are looking for different plugin.
