Free Virtual/Downloadable Product Problem

    Hi,

    I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin. All seems to be working fine apart from:

    We are running a, buy a specific product and get one free product of your choice. These products are virtual/downloadable products. Once the customer completes checkout, only the paid for item is available as a download. How do we automatically allow the chosen free product to also be downloadable?

    Hi @neilcrockett,

    One issue with the virtual product was resolved recently. That might resolve you issue too. Try this file and let me know if it solves the issue.

    Hi,

    I’m having a similar problem and was wondering if this was resolved? I’m using 1.1.5.
    When the free gift is a digital download it doesn’t provide the download link after purchase.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
