Free vs. Premium – are there different free versions out there?

    In another post I discussed this with another user, and we noticed that we are both on the free version but both seeing different settings screens, some features included for the other user but not for me. That is confusing of course. The other user is sure that she is also on the free version, as am I.

    For instance the open graph settings for social media are behind Yoast Premium for me. According the other user this is available to her in the free version of Yoast

    Can that be right?

    Hello @markussss,

    Thanks for reaching out. I followed the thread you’re referring to, and you and the other user both have Yoast SEO Free. However, the screen for the homepage settings in the UI is different because you don’t have the same WordPress setting. You have a static homepage while their homepage displays the latest posts.

    I hope that clarifies things but let me know if you have more questions.
