This is a screenshot as I’m testing the free version on my staging site, not my live website. I’m happy to pay for the premium version *if* it’ll do what I want.

I’m trying to find a replacement for “Extra Product Options” as it breaks wishlists!

I *did* try the demo version of this plugin and it behaved differently (it worked well enough I thought it would be an excellent alternative to EPO) so I’m trying to work out what is going wrong.

I’ve set up attributes and variations, and the attributes are typed as “label” type. None of them are “select” types so I’m puzzled in two ways
    1) why are select dropdowns still showing?
    2) why isn’t the label size changing to include all the letters – rather than what is showing?

Thanks in advance for any help!

(have found the answer re label size – edit the css – have done that, and it’s sorted.. but why is it showing dropdowns AS WELL as the label choices?)

    Hi,
and thank you for contacting us!

Maybe your theme stylize the dropdown through CSS, so they are still shown in your site.
Please could you provide the URL of the page you need help in, so we’ll be able to check directly in your installation?

I’ve uninstalled the plugin. No, the theme didn’t stylise dropdowns. Even in basic 2020 it did the same.

However it became very clear that the plugin didn’t do what I needed anyway, so I have gone elsewhere, thankyou.
