Free Widget like SocialBox

Hi there,

I am looking for a free widget like SocialBox (https://codecanyon.net/item/socialbox-social-wordpress-widget/627127) – basically something that can just show the icon of the social network and then the number of followers/subscribers. It will be used in my sidebar.

Does anyone have a suggestion that I could try? I haven’t had any luck while searching the available widgets.
