• Hi Guys. We have just helped launch a new Plugin that binds your WP e-Commerce Plugin shop with Facebook.

WP FB Commerce is a companion plugin to GetShopped’s famous WP e-Commerce, that allows you to display featured products or your whole catalog on Facebook and allow customers to check out directly within your Facebook business page.

It comes with a readme and more documentation will be provided over time. This is another first for WordPress and E-Commerce. Hope you like it.

Download the WP Facebook E-Commerce Plugin from WordPress extend.

  • Awesome, I’ll see how this work with my store. ??

triplemoons, Carr Communications Inc. were responsible for the development of this Plugin. We’re community developers.

Just so you know. There are eyes on your support topic, the GetShopped.org team have some suggestions for things to try. There’s no single magic fix so try to work with them. ??

Hi triplemoons. It looks like somebody answered the question and marked it as resolved.

For the record the WP e-Commerce Plugin is a huge Open Source community – the notion that we’re rolling out Plugins while your site isnt working is crazy.

That Plugin was made by a third party which is testament to the WP e-Commerce Plugin kicking serious ass. If WP e-Commerce Plugin didnt kick ass people would not waste their time making kick ass Plugins like that.

Meanwhile people that don’t mess up their products page by deleting their shortcode can happily use the Facebook Plugin to increase their SEO ranking and drive their sales UP.

The Particular topic you mention was resolved yesterday.

If this doesn’t sound like the cause of your permalink problem then I would create a premium support request so the premium support team will be able to debug your site and look at your problem and files in depth.

Permalinks can be tricky to debug but the first things I would suggest you try yourself that wont take long would be:

-visit your permalink settings hit the save button twice this will flush your permalink rules and reset any links.

    – check you have a products page with the correct [productspage] shorttag if your not using the default products page and have deleted it then there are no way for your permalinks to work.

Once you have checked this out if things are still not working for you then get in touch with premium support they are there to help.

@mychelle Both of those items were already addressed in the GetShopped.org thread. ??

@Mufusa Less bragging and more mindimg your support forum would do you some good. You might get an improvement in your plugin ranking if you did!

@triplemoons – credit where credit due, the Facebook Plugin is awesome and has nothing to do with your permalink issue that Mychelle is about to help you get resolved. and do you know who you can thank for that – me!! sheesh ??
