Freemius giving console errors in admin dashboard

I get these errors in my console sometimes. I’m worried about side effects it may be having. Any idea what could cause this?

plugins.php:1 Refused to apply style from ‘https://roofvents.com/wp-content/plugins/woo-permalink-manager-premium/freemius/assets/css/admin/plugin-upgrade-notice.css’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Further strangeness … this file doesn’t exist! So Something is trying to load this non-existent file, and before it errors because the file can’t be found, it errors because the html call is trying to load it as html. How could this be?

I’m having a terrible time with another issue on my site trying to update my theme (Total) which also seems to be having problems with loading css. Does this look like a familiar issue to anyone?
