Freesoul Preventing Plugin Updates

I can ensure 100% that nothing in the code of the free version has something to do with the update notifications.
With the PRO version, you have an option to manage the update notifications, but not in the free version.

Moreover, none of the users of the free version have never before reported this kind of issue.

It looks like the PRO version was previously active on your site. I can’t imagine any other possible causes for the issue that you described.

If you have a nulled PRO version better you say it, in another case, both of us will lose time with this issue.
If you say the PRO version was never installed I would not know from where to start to investigate this issue, because if I look at the code of the free version I can tell you this is not possible only with the free version.

I’m the only admin of this site, and I have never used a nulled version.

I understand that the “intention” of the free version may be to NOT allow update notifications to be hidden . . . but I can replicate this behaviour over and over by de-activating and activating the Freesoul plugin.

If you say this feature is available in the PRO version, it seems quite likely that code has ended up in the free version from a simple logic standpoint.

How do I proceed from here, what is the refund policy on the PRO plugin if there is an issue that will not allow Freesoul to work correctly on my site?

I can buy the PRO version and share a very clear screencast and allow you access to the staging site once I am a PRO subscriber?
