French quotation mark

Hello,
It seems the plugin deactivates the WordPress function that transforms English quotation marks ” in French ones ?? (I think it is this one : https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wptexturize).

Do you think you can avoid that in any future update ?
