You may add your PO file via the Translation system here; https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/stable/fr/default/import-translations. This will import all the translations from your PO file. An external translation editor has to manually approve your added translations. That’s out of my control unfortunately and may take some time.
