French translation does not work with Polylang

    Hello,

    I added the plugin for the RGPD part on this site. However as it is in French and English, it uses Polylang. I followed the doc to create my pages etc, but whether I am in French or English my page remains in English… What did I do wrong please?

    The site is well set up in French first and then English.

    Hi @wprivet,

    I’ve had a look if I could reproduce the same problem on my testing site, but it seems to be working there.

    Could it be that your site is missing some of the required translation files? You can check if there any updates available for translations, by navigating to Dashboard > Updates > Update translations.

    I would suggest reaching out to the PolyLang support team about this particular issue, as this seems more like a PolyLang-related issue.

    Thank you for your message! I don’t have any translations to update! :/

    I’ll contact Polylang to check with them thanks! ??
