French translation done, where do I sent it ? [ENTREPRISE Version]

I’ve made a french translation and would really like if it could be integrate in the final version.

My question is, how can I give you the file dsp_translation.txt ?
I can’t reply to your mail because it give me a static IP error and I can’t send it through your site.
